Scott Connolly

Executive Director

Originally from Stamford, CT, Scott’s journey into the senior living industry was circuitous. Scott received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University and went directly into the finance world, working as an Audit Manager and Financial Consultant. In one of his positions, Scott worked as a financial consultant for various nursing home facilities, which eventually led him into the senior living industry in 2019. Upon receiving his credentials to be a South Carolina Community Residential Care Facility Administrator, Scott was promoted to Executive Director in December 2022. 

As Executive Director, Scott is dedicated to bringing enjoyment of life to the elderly. He is often heard saying that his whole heart is with seniors, and he finds that kindness, goodness and happy energy go a long way. Scott also hopes to lead his staff with honesty and fairness, and he encourages them to excel in their careers by supporting continued education opportunities. 

Scott loves living in Murrells Inlet and can be found enjoying golf, boating, kayaking and beach days in his free time.
